From 10:34am PST to 11:40am PST users may have seen elevated error rates and latency on certain filtering and analytics functionality in the Admin Dashboard.

Intercom is seeing delays in human agent message delivery on chat flows

Issue remains with Intercom. Decagon is processing the event as soon as we receive it but a ~2 minute delay remains on the Intercom side.

This issue has now been resolved.
Impact was limited between 10:31am - 10:45am PT and would have impacted our admin portal and all non-voice conversation flows.

On December 17 from 11:03 to 11:10 AM PT, we experienced a partial service disruption due to an anomalous access pattern that resulted in high write throughput and contention on some key database tables. We have implemented rate limits that prevent similar request patterns from impacting our database. We expect all operations to continue normally from this point.
